1Where the manuals differ
Only D-ID has a page on breaking a story into scenes or shots and changing one shot or scene. Only HeyGen has a page on sharing for viewing or review. Both document starting from a script or prompt, keeping characters the same, voices and dialogue and getting the video out.
For a project that moves between the two, the steps one leaves out are where the other's pages are worth reading first.
